Responsible

Manage incoming calls, emails, and interactions, redirect inquiries as needed, and provide excellent customer service (answering line ads, accounting department, etc.). )
Maintain an organized document storage system both electronic (fire format) and physical (document) to provide easy access to important documents. (For easy access when needed.)
Coordinate office supplies to ensure smooth operations (keep your own computers and printers ready at all times, and keep your desks clean.)
Assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the management (oversee some projects assigned by the management from time to time.)
